Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of VaporLume by consumers worldwide.
The version valid at the time of order shall apply.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with VaporLume.

3. Products
The online store sells physical products only .
Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may differ slightly from the delivered product due to manufacturing processes, material properties, or display settings. Such deviations do not constitute a defect.
4. Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process on Shopify, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
The contract is concluded once the order confirmation is sent by email.
5. Prices, Taxes & Customs
All prices displayed in the store are final prices, including applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
For international deliveries:
• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply
• These costs are not included in the product price and must be borne by the customer
• Responsibility for compliance with local import regulations lies with the customer
6. Payment
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered during the Shopify checkout.
The order will only be processed after successful payment.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Processing times and estimated delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy and on the respective product pages.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and shipping carrier.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to damages.
8. Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or non-acceptance, the risk passes to the customer.
9. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of VaporLume until full payment has been received.
10. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal depending on their country of residence.
Details regarding withdrawal rights, return conditions, deadlines, and exclusions are set out in the separate Cancellation & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the laws of the customer’s country of residence, where mandatory.
For international customers outside jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, warranty claims are limited to defects existing at the time of delivery.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damages.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or governmental actions.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which VaporLume is legally established, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
16. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
