Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Method


VaporLume sells physical products only.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.


2. Order Processing & Shipping


After successful payment, the order is processed through our Shopify system and prepared for shipment.

Shipping is carried out via external shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, DPD, Hermes, or comparable carriers).


3. Processing Time & Delivery Time


Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the following applies:

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination


Once the order has been shipped, the customer will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information, where provided by the carrier.


4. Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are automatically calculated by Shopify and clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, shipping costs are borne by the customer.


5. Shipping Address & Delivery


The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.


6. Shipping Damage


If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, the customer should report this to the delivery carrier immediately and inform VaporLume without delay (on the Day Report ).

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.


7. Delivery Issues


In the event of delivery delays, loss, or other shipping-related issues, customers are asked to contact us immediately using the contact details provided in the shop.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
