Return Policy
Effective immediately, all sales of lamps from VaporLume are final.
1. No Returns After Delivery
Once the product has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that the product is non-returnable once shipped.
This policy applies to all lamp products, including standard, customized, or limited-edition items.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via the contact information provided in the store.
2. Provide photos of the damage or defect.
VaporLume will then provide a replacement product or, where appropriate, a partial/full refund for defective items.
Note: This exception does not constitute a general right to return, it only applies to damaged or defective goods upon delivery.
3. Shipping & Risk
• The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery due to improper handling.
4. Custom / Personalized Products
Any customized or personalized lamps are explicitly excluded from any right of return.
Once shipped, these items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. International Orders
International shipping costs are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items as described above.
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and do not constitute grounds for returns.
